I have been offered yesterday $9500 for one of my domains out of the blue from a reputable buyer www.try-on.com

What is your opinion and do you feel it would be a good time to sell?

If you do not feel anything phishy or out of the ordinary with the buyer, just complete the deal -- It's a chance.
