Hey, thanks for stopping in!

I have the following domains:

VancouverFinancing.com
CalgaryFinancing.com
OntarioFinanacing.com
MontrealFinancing.com

There isn't a whole lot of difference between them. But I do wonder what value them hold. I have been offered 300-400$ on a few of them a few times by seperate people, and in one case 500$, but I was not in need of funds and turned it down.

Disregarding what I have already been offered though, since thats not reliable, what do you feel the value for these is?

Thanks alot!

Rekindle friendships with those that made previous offers, IMHO. :talk: :hearts:
Quickly!

Best of Luck.

So many people that look but say nothing.

Ok, let's try this. A penny for your thoughts?

He's not good for it, friends (I never received my penny)! :p

Seriously, though ... contact those former offerors (~ $300 - $500) immediately, IMHO. :talk:
All the best.

When you get the next offer of $xxx take it and run, I feel there is not hugh value in the domains.

Good luck

I think they're pretty good names. They're not generic by any means, in fact, they're very focused.

Geographic domains can be very valuable to vendors or businesses within that region. In this case, financial lenders located in those cities or providences.

Names like these are tailor made for direct marketing because your potential customers are very easy to identify.

This is why I find these domains so interesting and frustrating. It seems anytime I ask a group of people, they are split down the line between:

reg fee - very low xxx

or

mid xxx to possibly low xxxx

Usually with a .com, its pretty esay to detect its likely value.

Any other experienced domainers have a thing or two to add on this?

I am not an experienced domainer, but I am an experienced businessman. If were looking for a domain for my business and I thought those domains were a good fit, I would be willing to pay mid $xxx for them. If it got into the thousands, I would be looking very hard for alternative domains and it probably wouldn't be that hard to find one.

Irish -

Reviewing the keyword "Financing" at NameBio.com we find the following sales comparables:

financingcentral.com $2,110 2007-01-04 BuyDomains
refinancing.org $8,578 2006-12-30 Sedo
HOMEMORTGAGEREFINANCING.us $210 2006-09-12 Afternic
ManhattanFinancing.com $1,400 2006-06-15 Afternic
Financing.ca $12,000 2006-04-04 Pool
AnyFinancing.com $105 2005-06-16 Afternic

I think the domain to focus on would be ManHattanFinancing.com as it follows your pattern better. "Manhattan" is probably one of the best keywords infront of Financing you can have. Manhattan is synonymous with Money, WallStreet, Finance. There is no doubt that your names are worth more than reg fee, especially to the right buyer. I would venture a guess in the low xxx range, and I would seak out finance companies in those locations.

Best of luck, hope this helps.
