claims to be worth several thousands USD (check), which is
honestly unrealistic..


BeautyCool .com received a high XX $ / low XXX
offer in I think mid 2007, which I refused.

These would be under the brandable name range. Phrase shows few search results for actual descriptions or phrases which start with "Beauty Cool". Demand appears low, this does not mean the phrase will not come into some use in the future. But you have a buy and hold product which would likely only generate about high $xx from a domainer. Since by your description year over year price has not changed, I would expect that the previous offer was your best shot. If your site generates more than $20 revenue or traffic annually then you can double that revenue and add it to the expected price range.
