.be is a Country Code, TLD for Belgium. You can register it for free at http://trade.be/ and http://freebe.be/. The domains you register are free for the first year and then you will need to pay a renewal fee after one year.

As I mentioned earlier, at freebe.be and trade.be you can register it free for the first year. After that the fee is €6.61 excluding VAT at freebe.be.
