Thoughts? This would have a trademark issue with the BCBG even though it is a .net? Does it have much value? Thank you

Yes, it would still have a TM issue... extension doesn't generally matter. Since it isn't a general word, but a 4 letter acronym that is trademarked, it's probably smart to drop it. On top of that, LLLL dot nets don't go for that much unless they are words or really premium letters.....
