I'm not sure if there is a trademark issue, but I don't think so...

When I reg'd this one, I was thinking of the automotive maker Mercury and their financing division... which is actually Ford Credit.

Any thoughts as to the value of this domain?

I don't see any value in any domain name, if I don't see any potentional buyer for it...IS there anybody who wish to buy a domain name like yours?! I don't think so... unless there is a credit company with the name Mercury , or a banking offering a service/product called "mercury"
