Backorder Starting Bid at 6969 $

Hi Fellow,
This morning, my browser had some errors, so that it re-bidding a domain on NameJet Pre-Release for the price at $6969 in stead of $69. Just have sent an email to NameJet Customer Support Team to notify this error.
Any suggestion for me in this case?

You can remove the backorder if the auction hasn't started yet. Visit https://www.namejet.com/Pages/MyAccount/MyBackordersAll.aspx, search for the domain and remove the backorder

You'd better call them even if it is international call. Who knows how quickly they react to emails, and there was a similar thread re godaddy auctions where it was too late to do anything

Funny they can’t remove an unfilled bid, but they can take back any name or auction they want.

My browser was lag this morning. Then i fill in double minimum price $69. So the Starting Bid for the domain is $6969.

I meant, what's the error you get when you try to remove the backorder entirely?

Did you try to remove the backorder from the link I shared in my post above?

Exactly the same thing happened at my end as well and their customer support removed my bid and took action very quickly. Open ticket and let them know about the whole scenario and request to get your bid removed. I was surprised with their quick action!

Just have called NameJet, they removed it.
But in the next time, i have to pay or my account would be locked.
This is my case-study for me.
Any one know how to turn on the "Over price Notify" on Name Jet?
