A free desktop wallpaper site w/ a premium name. Users must register before downloading. The site has 304 wallpapers on it in 9 categories. Site has a custom layout/logo that I made. The site received 68 uniques / 482 page views last month, and has received 14 uniques / 311 page views so far this month (AWstats-- as of Sept. 27).

This is an auction, bid increments of $1, usd offers only. The auction will end this sunday, October 2nd, at 6pm CST. Payment preferred via Paypal, but I will also accept e-gold / money orders (mo's must be received w/in 7 days of auction end.) I reserve the right to not sell the site and to also change these terms at anytime without notice.

The site uses the DownloadSYS script-- which has an extensive admin backend and normally retails for $24.95. You can view a demo of the admin cp, or purchase the script by itself at www.downloadsys.com/demo .

Where do you get the backgrounds? Public Domain?

Does the script come with the sale, or will it require a separte purchase?

The script has been switched from the older version to a new version since the last time it was up for sale (errors fixed). The license for the script comes with the domain-- but is only good for the backgrounds.ws domain. The backgrounds are pub. domain.

Boston_JM: The 'error' has been fixed, it was just a mistake in the site's configuration (no real script error).

Any copyright issue of the wallpapers? Where do you get those files?
For the scrpt, will it be transferred to new owner (with continue support by script owner)?

The wallpapers are as far as I know public domain-- there are no problems that I know of with them. Yes, the script license is included and you would get continued support along with that.

The auction is pretty much over-- but the site didn't sell. I'm still willing to accept offers at a min of $50. After you submit an offer if no one makes a better offer within a day or two the site is yours.
