Are the only ones I see value in. Both are catchy. But due to an oversaturated market for quizzes, I think 7quizz would be high xx$ at most. Ryffe is brandable.

Stay away from numbers mixed with letters. Also ryffe is a family name (positive). However, having ryfe, rife, ryf, etc alternatives should affect its chance of sale as a brandable (negatively). Doesn't pass the radio test (also negative). There's a site operating on a .ch tld. You can contact them but I guess if they were interested in the .com they would have bought it already (for reg fee).
