I have scanned around 20k of 3 character domains and found out only three available :o

Here they are:

In the next days I may scan again ccc.net domain too se if I can find others

you may want to take a look at Godaddy closeouts - there some 20-25 of them right now going nowhere @ $5 plus renewal. and thats regular everyday drop stats, today is nothing special.
there are 36 x 36 x 36 = 46K CCC.net names.
Minus 17K LLL.net and 1K NNN.net = 28K .net names with mixed L/N. not too many but regular NP price range $5 - $15 depending on quality.
less that 2 year renewal fee anyway.

can also see 4 or 5 dropping at Dynadot @ $12 including renewal.

At godaddy is renewal fee + $5 + 25% fee = at last 2x reg fee
At dynadot is directly almost 2x reg fee
While I am finding available domains, which is cheaper.
