RE: Autonomous & Driverless car domains

Seems like there's a lot of news lately, as recently as the last few days, of advances in driverless & autonomous cars. There are multiple auto makers getting ready to launch some form of these cars, and of course, Google is working on their project car.

I have a handful of domains related to this news & technology, and I am wondering if anybody else has any? Also, any spike in traffic to your domains, or news of sales???

Good on Self-driven term. I have Self-driveninsurance.com and have gotten some low offers too.
I will flip that at the right time. No rush. Unless a good offer roles in.

Your taxi will be waiting on the roof

0*I-gUIe8yOBc4K7QB.

The day may soon be coming when hailing a taxi will mean waving not down the street but up at the sky.

Several announcements this month bring the flying cab closer to reality.

First, Airbus has revealed a project called Vahanaโ€Šโ€”โ€Šan autonomous, battery-powered electric aircraft concept with vertical-takeoff-and-landing (VTOL) capabilitiesโ€Šโ€”โ€Šmeant to ferry passengers to order. The project is being developed in Silicon Valley via the A3 (pronounced โ€œA cubedโ€) unit of Airbus and aims, perhaps optimistically, to sell the vehicle by 2020.

Meanwhile, Uber continues to position itself to be closely involved in these developments. Airbus last year said that one of its first A3 projects would be with Uber to develop business models for helicopter operators, and this week Uber signaled its ongoing interest by releasing a 99-page white paper on whatโ€™s needed to pave the way, so to speak, for flying taxis, delving โ€œdeeply,โ€ according to Recode, into โ€œeverything from barriers to market, certification, regulatory hurdles, pilot training and noise issues (since the aircraft will be flying so low).โ€ The paper anticipates a future in which a 45-mile journey might cost as little as $21 and a trip from โ€œSan Franciscoโ€™s Marina to work in downtown San Joseโ€ might take just 15 minutes.

Take the money and run. Likely only one buyer for that type of hyphenate. Secure the sale while you can, IMO.

IMO(IN YOUR OPPINION). Lol

Exactly as I stated, IMO.

After the dynamic duo is done buying that type of hyphenate you might have a tough time moving those...again, i-M-o.

Wishing us all luck in this niche.

May I ask what you mean by "that type" of hyphenate as opposed to other types of hyphenates?

They arent bad by any means. However, from my experience in domain names the hyphen is used to separate the subject matter from the add-on word.

In this case the subject is selfdriving. Obviously best not to have any hyphen in the domain, but for my money I'd take Selfdriving-Insurance long before I would consider taking Self-DrivingInsurance.

Different strokes for different folks, I guess, as it's all subjective, and comes down to end user preference.

The only question I have to your theory is:

Self-driving is the correct way to spell the word

Selfdriving-insurance would be a random hyphen.

Just curious why you would see it otherwise ?
