My mortgage blog sees around 50 on an average a day, with no investment and no real effort as far as promotion is concerned. It has been indexed by Google, and the number of pages in the index is increasing all the time.

These blogs work like everything else - you get what you put in. If you put in a lot of effort, time and money, you can promote the blogs and bring in a lot of traffic, which will be reflected in your clickthroughs.

I am now perfectly placed to accept more orders for blogs.

For the next 5 parties, I will also submit the sites to the major search engines to give you a head start.

To be honest, I've never personally worked a site through its full course - I just don't have the time to give it my full attention. Many of my customers have returned after only about 1-2 months to buy more, so they must be doing OK. From my experience you get a decent CTR, so it is obviously scalable depending on the amount of traffic you can find - more traffic = more money.
