Last night I ignored the urge to register SpaceShipThree.com , and today the .com .net .org and .whatnot is all taken.

Today I decided to redeem myself and find another good dn investment. After a bit of investigation I discovered the huge potential of Augmented Reality: Google Trends: augmented reality . The estimated AR market size in 2014 is $732,000,000 , especially in AR marketing.

I think adverts and billboards shown as augmented reality on mobiles will become simply huge, and so I decided to get a piece of the pie, all new .com registrations:

ar+
advert
adverts
billboard
billboards
registrar

There are still a lot of possibilities available, so I thought I'd share this so you can also get a piece of the action :santa:

My thoughts are that the internet we know will have evolved into something else long before/if ever it is going to be mainstream with the new TLDs.

Hard to say? It only takes one Facebook to change things but .com is the current standard so that's what I look for, cheers

Purchased my first AR name, since the huge success of Pokemon Go. I saw AR dot Casino was available, then secured the .com version.

I imagine casino games will be just as big in AR as VR, e.g. turning your living room into a mini casino (with slot machines, roulette table, poker table, big wheel, etc.) or even playing a casino game whilst waiting at the bus stop (whilst still being able to see the world around you, unlike in VR), or in a car or plane journey turning the back of a chair into a slot machine whilst still being able to look out of the window now and again, or just about anywhere...

Also there is a way to develop websites for AR, so this could be an option:

I figure Casino.com sold for $5.5M in 2003, today is worth $25-$50M (possibly more), and OnlineCasino.com is in the millions, the future is AR (and VR) so must also be very valuable or will be in the near future. .casino is expensive, however it's a lucrative industry (as is AR) and is a short LL, so worth it. Thanks!

Soon, hundreds of millions of mobile users in China will have direct access to an augmented reality smartphone platform on their smartphones.

Baidu, Chinaโ€™s largest search engine, unveiled an AR platform today called DuSee that will allow Chinaโ€™s mobile users the opportunity to test out smartphone augmented reality on their existing devices. The company also detailed that they plan to integrate the technology directly into their flagship apps, including the highly popular Mobile Baidu search app.

โ€œDuSee will enable our customers to deliver a delightful real-time AR experience to the millions of people who use Baiduโ€˜s mobile apps every day, thus quickly bringing AR to a huge population,โ€ Zeng Hua, Baiduโ€™s Key Account Department Senior Director said in a statement.

A press release from the company seemed to vaguely reference the successes of the type of AR made popular by apps like Pokemon GO, a title that has still yet to be released in China.
