poll Attributes when buying hand reg names

When buying hand registration names for quick flips, what all attributes do you look for, in a domain name, to flip it through outbound?

Always get a list of potential buyers BEFORE buying a name (no hand-regged names), that way you know you have a pretty good chance of selling the name. All the other points make no difference to me, if you got no buyer, you cant sell it...simple!

I don't hand reg a lot anymore, but when I do I have been getting future tech names, phrases, 2 words with one being the keyword

Just need to weigh up the liklihood of it going mainstream or not and how long to hold for.....generally quite a while in most cases
