domain ASS. st rec'd 2 offers, what do you think is fair?

Received a couple offers for this domain in the past couple months (lowball I believe). I am selling most of my .st's at a lower price so I don't have to renew them all. ANy thoughts on value? I know there are some .st haters here but I think its very brandable (calling it ass street) and a great keyword- wordtracker shows ass was searched 85K last month. SOme good seo and who knows the possibilities?

Its a very nice domain. LLL, Dictionary word, high results, terrible extension.

Currently I believe this would be low - mid $xxx.
But I'm sure this is one that will increase value with time.

I'll agree with mwzd. Don't really know how .st figures in sales, but i can't imagine it to be more than mid xxx for end users.
