domain What do you think of my new domain hack

Brea/st (replaced the . with a / to make it unindexable)
Would like your opinions on it please. in the .st extension.
I like it and feel it has value, however want to check I'm not being biased.
It has a relativly high number of searches (obviously unhacked) 16,600,000 from google keyword tool and feel it could be used in a number of different areas. Felt it may have potential with cosmetic surgeons and clinics or perhaps adult.

I appreciate that hacks have a erratic value saying that..

What do you think to its value?

The plural would be better. This might work for an adult site featuring topless women that have had single-sided mastectomies.
