Do your homework, you should know that .asia is not popular and thus is not selling often.
Don't put the cart before the horse. Also, the google searches have no relevance to the value of the domain. Especially in a poor TLD...

Poetry.Asia is not an inherently bad keywork, but the trick is to find someone to buy it. Most people would want the keyword in .com or the country level cctld such as poetry.ph (just an example), and usually they'd want it spelled in their national language. Trying to find someone who wants .asia for some pan-asian operation is extremely difficult. For this reason .Asia domains are not popular in Asian countries. Of course there will always be exceptions. But they are few and far between. This is why there are so many keywords available in the .asia tld. Because nobody wants them. Investors in the .Asia tld mostly get burnt, and it seems, continue to get burnt.

gtlds have given thrust to .asia domains.
Better advice would be develop some good ones.

Don't renew them, keep until next renewal date and earn by parking if it gets any traffic.

i have 4 direct keyword .asia domains (ROOF, MATERIAL and other two) so far i don't have any idea to renew, because .asia isn't good and new tld's are make more worse than before.

Learn from mistakes and never do it again.

Goodluck :)

.asia
maybe it can be worth if it's Travels, hotel, transport, beach, or food .
(in addition it's about traveling/culture)
because that's the most popular keyword in searching.

the problem with .asia, is that it's a "regional" domain that covers a continent.

within that continent, are many countries, and majority of those may have their "own" country code (cctld) for that specific state.

for instance, if India or China are considered part of Asia, and ".in and .cn" are being used by both of those respective states, then how useful is .asia?

THAT's what you have to consider when choosing a .whatever.

imo.....

within that continent, are many countries, and majority of those may have their "own" country code (cctld) for that specific state.
And many of those countries have bad relations with neighbors, unsettled historical or border disputes (think Koreas, Japan/Korea/China etc).
So there is little pan-Asian sentiment if any. Much less than in Europe I would say.

Extensions thrive when end users can identify with them. This is why the ccTLDs are doing so well (when they are professionally run). They benefit from: local focus, relevance, national pride.

'Asia' is a very loose geographic/political entity, which makes the process of self-identification difficult. Dot asia covers countries as diverse as China and Australia, but they have no sense of a common purpose.

A similar situation occurs with .eu, imho.

True, .eu has never been popular but still doing better than .asia.
Politically and economically, even culturally, the EU bloc is more integrated than Asia.
But .eu overlaps with the European ccTLDs, many of which are very strong. And the EU as an institution isn't very popular nowadays...
Likewise, .africa will fail for the same reasons that .asia has failed.
