domain arena24.com appraisal

Hi everyone,

I bought this domain (arena24.com) some time ago with the intent to develop a project around it. A few days ago I was contacted by a GoDaddy broker to sell it. I looked around and the value for similar domains go from 25k for arena247.com, 50k for howarena.com to 100k in case of park24.com. Of course these are asking prices.

Do you have any suggestion on where to look for a fair price? Thanks!

Did you have it listed for sale? If not but you might be interested, I'd ask the prospective buyer to submit an offer as a start point.

Of those other domains - in my opinion '247' is speculative, 'how' is dreaming, and 'park' is a whole different ball game.
