NIC: Network Information Center as it is in InterNIC.

Estate is for to sell/buy that information in "NIC"(in ex: domains)

It is very ideal to prepare a portal where people can sell/buy domains like we sell/buy homes from real-estates.

Very ideal domain to make a brand for that sort of business.

You can develop any domain for that type of business. Go with georgenic.com. That is the problem. Very lttle value because any potential sale requires some person who wants this domain above all other domains for this type of business and is willing to pay for it.

The only way this domain is worth $1k would be in Zimbabwe currency...Unless you had plans to keep and develop this domain, there is no way the price should have been that high....You will be the final enduser for this domain....

I dont think so there were some people to manipulate the bid process. Because i bought from the hand myself and didnt know there was some people who wanted to buy that domain until he ex-owner showed me from his computer. Thats why i have paid so liked that. I was one of someone who wanted to buy that domain.
