I got this domain freetutorials.org a few weeks ago, I'm starting to develop it and i'd like to know if it already has some value, or if I have to wait and build some traffic to it before trying to sell it (someone is asking over $50K for the .com, and the .net is for sale for almost $1K), thanks!
