According to "The 3-Character Price Guide", minimum wholesale price (regardless of letter combo) for LLL.info is $40, but there are many domains which are sold for $10-$20. It seems that is quite hard to sell them and there is no demand. What's your opinion about 3 letter .info? Do you see any value?

dmv.info sold at NameJet for $3,600 a couple of weeks ago.
tpn.info sold a day earlier at Sedo for 700 euro ($1015)
raw.info sold at Sedo for $8400 at the end of May
