Are there any Registrars a domain can be transferred to without any incoming transfer fees?

I know many of the registrars advertise a "free" additional renewal year upon paying the transfer fee. However, I'm simply looking for a registrar where I can transfer my domain for $0. at no cost whatsoever.
LOL! Maybe be a dream, but doesn't hurt to ask.

It doesn't depend on the registrar but on the registry (TLD).
For .com you will always need to pay for renewal during transfer.

if the name is really good, you can transfer it to my account, no fees, I might even pay you to do it

but like others said, for dot coms you must pay, sometimes registrars might offer a promo, but expect to pay
