Are pixel domains worth anything

I don't think the service is even worth anything. It all seems rather pointless to me.

Hard to call making a million dollars pointless. From what I read the million dollar homepage is very close to the million dollars. I've seen quite a few of the pixel pages that are pretty full so I assume that they are making money also.

As for the original question.....I really doubt the pixel names will have much value, My opinion is that the pixel sites are a passing fad. Thats just my opinion and I could be wrong, if you ask my wife I'm always wrong lol.

that's just the thing.. one never knows how long a fad or gimmick will be around. A couple years ago it was someone else who simply had a website saying they were broke and asking for donations. That person made some bucks too. It all comes down to whether or not your site gets many visits. If it's popular and you tried the pixel trick, it could work. But to start one up new without being linked from a popular place, it's unlikely to be worth your while. IMO anyway.

I actually do have 2 pixel domains that I bought with plans to develop them for niche advertising sites. I haven't gotten around to developing them yet though.
