.mobi Are Meta Tags Allowed In Mobi Sites?

Can I use meta tags on my mobi sites? I would like to rank higher for some of my keywords in search engines so meta tags would help. I just want to make sure they wouldn't impact the score of my site on the ready test.

just remember to close them with a space at the end "my, keyword" />"

just not to open one more related topic. got a little question. can i develop mobi as a regular .com for computers not for phones ? would it give more ranking than if mobi would be developed for phone

You can develop it in a manner such as: OnFly.mobi, which looks good on both phones and computers, however the site does need to be compatible with phones or the dotmobi crew may take it down at some point.
