I am selling these sites in order to make space on my hosting account and because I am going to buy a billiards table.
ARCADE: SOLD
FlashEvolve.com is a year old PR4 domain. Giving the domain name alone a good value as it can rank high in search engines. The script itself was purchased over ebay for $35 and I have made the custom design for it myself. I have been busy with other things so it has not been payed much attention over the last month and a half but traffic is still quite good. It hasn't had any ads on it for a while. I tend to make websites ad free until they become big. But I never had the time to properly promote the site. You are buying:
1. The Domain (remember PR4)

4. The Revenue Potential (should easily be able to make back $150 in 2 months with a bit more promotion).

This is a proxy I started on the 13th of April. It made $17 by the end of April (17 days, so about $30 a month at that rate). I haven't promoted it since 26th of April because of work and it has dropped off this month to about 40 cents a day which still means $12 a month. So BIN is 4 x monthly revenue at current and it will not be at all hard to get it to making $30 a month again. I'll tell you all promotion I did. It got to 400 uniques a day after one week of my promotion. You get:
1. The Domain (lot's of hours put into promotion)

TUTORIAL SITE:
This takes me back. Domain is PR2 and would be atleast 1 year old. It has heaps of content. It has 20 unique tutorials. Many of the tutorials indexed at www.pixel2life.com which is definite traffic. Probably more reliable than search engine traffic because you know your link won't get knocked down by someone else. The site also comes with 3 templates. I'm sure you'll agree they are pretty awesome templates. The scripts are not mine but are allowed to be on the site. This site wouldn't have been touched in atleast 8 months and yet still bringing in decent traffic. With a bit of better ad placement and some new tutorials it could make alot of money. This site uses Cutenews as it CSM. What you get:
1. Domain Name (PR2)
2. Custom Site Design

4. 3 Unique Templates
5. Definite traffic
6. Huge potential for development and revenue
