About Site - Ive redesigned the site for the last 2-3 months. Ive finally got it into a theme I like and its stable now. No errors anywhere and It comes with a forum. Forum has been cleared and so has the site so it only have a few members so far. Site relaunched 2 days ago.

Reason of Selling - I have no real time anymore to handle updating the site with tutorials because of school and work. It was just a hobby but now im incapable of maintaining the site. I will be adding tutorials to the site till someone buys it.

Are tutorials unique? How does site generates revenue?

Yes the tutorials are unique. I had clicksor adds up before the redesign and people where clicking them to make me an average of $10 a day. I haven't put them into the redesigned site but you can if you want too.
