I am looking to sell my website which I made about 2 - 3 months ago. I have done some directory submission on it, about 1800, but it is yet to show up on webmaster tools. It is a PR1 domain, and appears on page 2 for the term 'Pro Gamer' which gets 40k results on google. It is now suffering from the Google Sandbox phenomenon, but once that is lifted, you can check it out yourself.
It gets about 15-20 visits daily, I can show you screenshots if you are interested. The arcade runs on Arcadem Pro Script, and runs a theme which I have edited from one of those provided with it. It is completely integrated with Mochi Games, Big Fish games and you can also add your own games from swf files and also videos. It is also fully SEO friendly and makes its own sitemaps and also submits it to all major search engines.
I am looking for offers over $70 on this one, which basically makes it reg fee for me, with the backlink and social bookmarking services done on it and the cost of domain and script alone. Please only PM me your offers. Thank you.
