Just picked this up.. I'm not a big fan of the biz extension, but I couldn't resist picking this one up... Apts is taken in every major extension...Any thoughts on value??

The extension is the achilles heel of this domain,but, its still good enough to fetch low to mid $xxx, if not more IMO...
