Can I get an appraisal for both;

Occupied.co & Pushing.co

I am a fan of ".co" domains where I know others aren't. However it would be nice to find out if anybody believes they may be of value in time or with development.

Regfee.

You can regfee "replaced.co" and many other random past tense dictionary words. Even if ".co" turns into a ".net", this isn't a jackpot either.

".co" is horrible because people may think it's .com and go to the .com website next time.

Appreciated, however pushing is a present tense and occupied is both past and present tense.

.co comments I've heard before and I think you are right but I do think it will kick off when it receives some more publicity in one way or another.
