Well i like Move.us the best because it forms a great hack: "move us" and moving companies have a big cpc and people use them all the time.. I wouldnt let this one go under $xx,xxx..

The other 2 are also good but less valuable IMO, mid to high $x,xxx for each of them.

They are all very nice but I think move is the easiest to develop

I like Aids.us and Move.us since they have an obvious clear use. New.us could be branded well, but strictly as a domain I prefer the other two.

Due to it's obvious use, commercial viability, and branding angle I think Move.us is easily the best of the group though.
