VPSBackup.com is interesting.

Previous sale at $100 (assuming it's you).

Do you get types-in? Average CPC is ~$5 and saw it as high as $19 on estibot for the term "VPS backup".

Might be worth to park it! Or even redirect to VPS backup affiliates.

As far as domain value, epik/esti has it at $1,900 which I think is a fair price for an end-user. List for $3000-5000 maybe and then see what offers you get.
