domain appraisals please for these 3 domains...

Need Appraisals Right Away! Considering Selling soon! Full info given...

Hi,

I was wondering what I could get for these domains:

1. hollowichigo.com - the exact phrase "hollow ichigo" is getting 300 searches a day...and acc. to wordtracker it's more like 15,800 a month. The niche would be anime and has great advertising revenue build-up potential. It could be developed as a streaming content site amongst other things. The value should increase further when the second Bleach movie is released in english summer 2008. I can develop content and rank in the top 5 on Google easily. I'll do it if it'll really boost the value.

2. worts.net - getting tons of targeted searches a day. it's the mis-spell of "warts" and great product development domain. Will develop site if it really boosts the value.

3. getemployed.info - self-explanatory. If a decent site is developed, it will easily rank in the top 10 of google since there's nothing there with "get employed" KWs. I also own getemployed.mobi so there's no competition currently.

4. .mobi domains:

stickler
taxfile
taxfunds

So what do you guys think? Do I have something going here?

I like hollowichigo, what a coincidence, I am watching Bleach right now, became a fan really fast

it is searched, but does it get any traffic?
if any traffic then it could be worth low xxx at least

thanks Ssamriga. The domain is fairly new and without development it doesn't. However, because of the name, and the phrase match, it is bound to get at least some traffic and if developed at all, it will definitely rank high which should bring in a ton of traffic.
I might put up a 3-page site for hollowichigo.com and see what I can come up with.
But isn't low xxx a little on the low side for a highly searched phrase match .com?

And what about the others? anyone?
