domain Appraisals on a couple domains

Hey everyone,

I've been looking to sell a couple domain names I have and I'm curious as to your thoughts on their worth. You wont hurt my feelings by saying they suck or anything, so be honest and let me know what you think.

MadBum.com
GamersCourt.com

This is one of those situations I think where you would benefit by development.
GamersCourt.com could be some kind of gaming forum.

The domains them self I don't think are worth much without development.

All of the domains did have websites on them at some point in the past. Gamerscourt.com was a gaming website that received about 300 uniques daily. Hykra.com was a forums site that received about 200 uniques daily. And MadBum.com was a humor blog that received over 1000 uniques daily. I had sites up for a couple years and then about eight months ago I became too busy, stopped paying the hosting fees, and the sites dropped off the map and now I can't retrieve the original files from the host.

Well, if you get hits that only adds to the value. I was just looking at the names them self.
