Just wondering what to do

I have not sold a domain/website before

I have been developing it to sell

It is DMOZ listed and a few links

I have had an offer via Sedo

Should i get an appraisal first

Any help or tips would be very much appreciate

forget the appraisal. if an appraisal is asked for it is a scam. if the buyer wants 1 let him pay for it.
