domain Appraisal request: XBox-Forum(s).net

I would like to have some feedback on this set of gaming related domains:

XBox-Forum.net
XBox-Forums.net

These are my two latest additions to a growing collection of game related domains.

Does anyone think these domains have value?

XBox is a trademark of Microsoft Inc.

This means you can possibly be in trouble with Microsoft's lawyers if you try and sell this domain.

So I'm afraid that this domain is unfortunately worth $0.

microsoft is very aggressive against its trademark, and it will go after anyone even a 12 year old kid. It is worth legal fees.

I've never known of any company that went after a trademarkednameforum.ext so I would assume that it would be safe if I did try to sell. Although I am not interested in selling, I was just wondering if there was any value to the name itself.

There are many XBOX named forums out in the www - microsoft hasn't chosen to shut them down.

your domains are trademark infringements, they have hyphens in them, and if you did spend your time developing them, they would be shut down very quickly.

You may have the right to use this name if it's considered as "fair use" of their trademark by Microsoft.

I am not trying to sell them, just seeing what their perceived value is.

The value of something is the price you can sell it for in the market. You can't sell someone else's trademark. Therefore it has no value to you. Which means that this domain has absolutely no financial value at all if you don't own the XBox trademark.

Putting aside TM issues, undeveloped these names are not worth more then reg fee imo. .net and hyphen in the name really kill all the value.
