The domain is nice IMO. Tutorials are commonly searched for and used throughout the internet. The domain has great potential i believe.
If you find a nice end user it can probably sell in the $xxx range.
A lot of people don't appraise .us very high, however, i have seen a great deal of popular .us sites. Including www.imageshack.us Therefore, the potential is there.
Dev'd... who really knows. That would all depend on your development abilities. What you might turn into an $xxx site... someone else could turn into an xxx,xxx site or vice-versa.
Nice domain, but it doesn't fit the ".US" extension too well. I'll appraise it at low-mid $xx reseller value; this can of course increase a lot with some development.
I like "i" domains a lot, these names are very catchy, but true value of these are in development. I'd say low to mid $xx for this one undeveloped, probably more with an interested end user.
Very versatile name you have there. The "i" is "web trendy" and doesn't eliminate many categories of end users. The .us extension may be a concern to some.
