i need your appraisal for the domain i want to sell

for those of you who are unfamiliar with the term, osteology is study of bones.

The domain is undeveloped but have alot of search results in google..

looking forward for some professional appraisals

How professional you think we should be?
As a Medical myself, I think this domain is worth something out there.
Though it has a pure and generic keyword, considering only gTLD versions have been taken, it lowers the value of the ccTLD versions. And you have to admit those professional and science domains (xxxology) don't go very well in the market.
So I apprase it mid xx-xxx reselling w/o dev
mid xxx-xxxx range wholesale
w/dev you can add more value on it.

For the domain to a reseller, I would expect low to mid xx. If you can find an end user, the sky is the limit (well, probably right around low x,xxx). I think you should toss up a minisite with info about osteology. Even with a minisite, I would expect the value to jump to at least high xx if not even mid xxx (if you are getting good adsense revenue).

I personally like the domain name. .us looks better on it. . The word osteology sounds nice too.......... Its a good one word domain that could attract some nice traffic when developed. But the plus point according to me is the extension ( . us ).
Developing this domain is easy i guess......... Try building a site giving tips about exercises to strengthen bone or maybe a directory with lots of doctors in it. People can consult these doctors for treatment or help. Or you can just provide very detailed information just on bones and provide tips for people visiting your website. Or the website site could also be for the study of fossils which is also related to bones.

Doctors, physiotherapists, drug-dealers, osteologists, parientologists etc. would be interested in your name. They might me possible end-users.

Your domain is a one word .us based on osteology. And it sounds good too
So i have evaluated the value to low $xxx when undeveloped. This is because i personally like .us :tu:

It might go upto high $xxx when developed. Its up to you on how you develop it!

Undeveloped, this would go for high xx IMO. Depending on development, this could go very far. Realistically, even though this is not the most popular study, this can still be a premier website on osteology.

I don't need the NP. Rep is fine though.
