Lets say, searches off scale, leaving aside subject, I know .Com still rules supreme, BUT, in this case, Info seems just as appropriate if not more so.

Again searched extensively on Engines and always in the news, ask someone who has a mortgage!!!

Zero-Down-Real-Estate.Com
Everyone's dream and extensively marketed in books and infocommercials etc.

Raped.info sounds like a nice name. Could be developed into a web site for rape victimes, advice, therapy or even a forum. Might go for low XX resell value, IMHO.
