Well, little differences.
Reg fee is the reseller price.
But if you find an end-user (like a croatian company, or well a company with HR initials), its value could reach mid $xxx.

Well i have put "website" in my domain name cause mostly comman individual writes website along with the topic he/she searches on internet... Hence This gives this domain very high value once developed....

HrSite or HrWeb would be better, but I like this name as well. I'm sure it's worth above RegFee, but currently not much. Wait for 1-2 years, maybe someone shows up and give a decent price for it (mid to high $xx).
