I don't like 1tlds.com at all. I think it's pretty much worth what you paid to reg it, if even that.

ItsOutNow.com (with associated.net) is kind of catchy. That's a positive.

It's generic enough that it could be braded with a wide market but not generic enough to cover the "all" makret but still not bad.

It's a .com with under 10 characters. Good.

Three Words. You lose value for every word past one word but three words aren't horribly bad, especially if they say or mean something cute or catchy.

On the really bad side this domain has no page rank, no back promotion or archives. Those things could hurt the value of the domain greatly. I would say as it is, without any effort in promoting it you might get a few hundred $ for it if you are patient and promote it to the right people (end users).
