Someone just emailed me, asking for the price of my dn p10p.com.
What would be the appropriate sale price?
It has not been developed.. and I have been keeping the dn for only few months.
This is the first offer I got.

Once you reply with a price then they say that they don't want to overpay so they want you to do an appraisal, then you'll know it's an appraisal scam that they want you to buy an appraisal at a company that they own or are affiliated with. Once you get an appraisal, they'll disappear.
