With the .me ext, i would say mid xx at best. imho

Good name... Fits the ext perfectly.....Not sure about current value, but if developed, this could be a huge money maker...

Premium keywords with poor extension domain names have always around low-mid $xx value (except for VERY premium keywords..) , but if you develop it and do a good work, the value can drammatically increase, up to high $xxx - low $x,xxx.

In this case, i see low $xx undeveloped, and mid $xxx with a medium development work.
