Appraisal Before Registration

Hello Fellas,

The Admin obviously have good reasons to stipulate that a name must be owned, before being appraised.
This doesnt help us "newbs" who often wonder if a name is worth reg'ing.
I, for one, sometimes PM a trusted member, whose opinion I value, and ask for advice.
I'm sure others do the same.
What is the etiquette regarding any "arrangement"?

PM members that you know won't get annoyed. But do not PM them excessively with requests.

www.VirtualDN.com - domain name market game... register your name there (no money involved) and then post for appraisal. This is another method.
