Company chairman Steve Jobs, speaking at the company's annual Macworld expo, called the iPhone, which will be available in June, a "revolutionary mobile phone" that will feature an iPod, phone and what he called an "Internet communicator."

No, terrible news. Safari is full fledged, therefore mobile versions of sites are NOT needed.

Cisco won't sue, they'll reach a very lucrative agreement on the use of the trademark.

The iPhone is awesome. I like it because it's got a full-fledged version of OS X, and can render sites in Safari as they're supposed to look! I plan to buy one when they're available!

Anyways..cisco and apple are fighting over the iphone trademark. Cisco already has one ,if i am not wrong.
