Apexad 'fire' logo (Need opinions)

What do you all think of the logo I made for myself?

It has no purpose besides personal websites, and forum signatures and such. It was really just me messing around with diffrent filters and stuff trying to get a cartoon, yet firey looking logo that would look good on a white background.

When I first saw your logo and the thread title, I thought you were going to use it for a website logo, but after reading your post I found out it was an avatar. :D

For an avatar/signature, this is good. The flare in there doesn't look good (and it also ruins part of the "e" in apexad), so you might want to remove it from there.

Ha the fires, many tutorials have that "fire realistic"

Apex, your sig - it doesn't look really 'fire' because its not bright, looks like you use painting and twirl things.

Insigina - yes it does look fake fire.
