AOL decision

Hadn't seen this posted elsewhere here, but an interesting decision was made in a case of AOL vs Megaweb.com. Megaweb.com did not respond.

What I found interesting were the typos on ICQ were not an issue.

very wierd, I'm guessing because it doesnt have the actual letters i-c-q in the name? That sucks for the registrant!

What was the problem with iseeku.com and iseekyou.com how can that be a trademark issue when their trademark is ICQ???

The whole case seems quite off. At least the panel decided against the 3 letter domains. THAT would have had some serious repurcussions on the CMV of 3 letter's that are anywhere close to tm 3 letter domains.
