Anyone tried Netregistry to backorder domain, so amazing...

Recently I try to backorder a domain in netregistry, they didn't catch it.
But to my surprise, their Customer Service Representative told me they will keep my money if your backorder service failed......it's so amazing...

Yes, I'm afraid they charge in advance and it is for a one time attempt to catch the drop. It's sucky. I found out too late as well
