Anyone sold a domain through Voodoo Inquiry?

So I got an inquiry thru voodoo.com and was wondering on how to proceed with the sale. Do I escrow now or can I direct them to quote the same offer at GoDaddy (Which is where I sell most of my domains) and also does Voodoo charge a commission on the sale?

it's up to you to negotiate the deal and agree on payment and transfer options.

and no, they don't charge any commission
