Anyone know what's up with ruletheseas?

ruletheseas.com is an online pirate game, but it was suddenly taken down last night.

Rumors are because of a legal matter of something like a copycat thing from some mafia game? I was wondering if any of you heard anything about that.

The domain name's currently displaying what appears to be Netfirms' parking
page. It's unlocked, too.

The Official Response:

Rule The Seas was pulled by our registrar; not our host. This was due to a reckless C&D claim that went far beyond any reality.
After speaking with the abuse department at our registrar they have restored our account and will no longer entertain such libelous claims.
Rule the seas is owned by a real corporation even though it is claimed to be run by "some kids" and is said corporations smallest source of revenue.
Please bear with us while the DNS propagates again; this will be resolved shortly.
As for if we are going anywhere I can assure you that the site isnt going down.
