Does anyone know of a CPC service (not google or yahoo) that will allow their CONTEXTUAL ads to be stuck above each site on a subdomain redirector like cjb.net (http://www.em.bz/)

The ads can only be put in a frame so is it possible that they could still be contextual? THanks!

I'm not sure exactly what you're describing, but from the sounds of it any ads that can run in an iframe would probably work.
